There will be an update for Player Manager 98/99 at the end of the month. New features include:
Save Replay
Save team: This will allow people to e-mail each other there teams and play friendly matches, also you can download the best Anco teams from the Programmers/Designers/Testers at Anco from our web site.
Player Historys: Where the players have played and are currently playing + all there goals/appearance etc...
The playstation version of Player Manager 98/99 is to be released at the end of March.

Virgin Interactive and Interplay to merge - Virgin Interactive and Interplay today announced that they have completed agreements regarding the two companies publishing, sales, marketing and distribution operations in Europe. To cut a long story short, Virgin Interactive will distribute Interplay titles in Europe, and Interplay will distribute Virgin Interactive titles in North and South America, and other countries including Japan. This will obviously mean a loss of jobs for Interplay employees in Europe. This transaction is part of Interplay's plans to return to profitability in 1999. They are also going to return top making mainly RPGs, as they are the games that made the company what it is today. It should also maximize Interplay's long-term growth.

Here we are then: Reviews done today - Piranha pad PC
Interplay are making an expansion pack for their top selling Baldurs gate (read our review), entitled "Tales of the Sword Coast". This expansion pack has new areas, characters, items and quests. One of the main additions is a large island just off the Sword Coast, and you are to reach the island and unfold its mysteries before another evil is unleashed upon the Sword Coast. Sounds great, and after the success of Baldurs Gate, our mouths are positively watering at the thought of it. It is due out sometime Spring '99.
